Terms of Service

Desk is an AI assistant run by Eduardo Silveira Di Maro, in Italy. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Desk.

Access

Desk is invite-only. Access can be limited, paused or ended at any time, in particular if these terms are broken. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account.

What Desk does, and doesn't

Desk uses AI models to read, summarise, draft and act on your behalf. AI makes mistakes: it can misread an email, get a date wrong, or state something false with confidence. Check anything that matters before you rely on it. Desk asks before it sends email, changes your calendar or takes other actions with outside effects, and what you approve is your decision. Desk isn't legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

Your content

What you put into Desk stays yours. You give Desk permission to store and process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Only connect accounts and upload material you have the right to use.

Acceptable use

• No illegal activity, harassment, spam or fraud.
• No attempts to break, overload or get around Desk's security, limits or other users' data.
• No using Desk against Anthropic's Usage Policy, which applies to the models behind it.

Limits

Daily and monthly usage limits apply and can change. When one is reached, Desk says which, and when it comes back.

No warranty

Desk is provided as it is, without guarantees of availability, accuracy or fitness for a purpose, to the extent the law allows. It may change or stop.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the operator isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by AI output you acted on. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

Ending

You can stop using Desk and delete your account in Settings at any time. Access may be ended as described under Access.

Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law where you live.

Changes and contact

If these terms change in a way that matters, Desk will say so before the change applies. Questions go to the owner who invited you.
